RevRun Privacy Policy

Effective November 3, 2026

The short version. RevRun shows App Store developers their own sales, payouts, App Store analytics and ad spend. It has no server and no account, and it doesn't collect anything about you. Your data stays on your devices and in your own iCloud account, and goes only to the services you connect yourself.

What RevRun reads

RevRun reads only what you connect it to, with keys and sign-ins you enter:

Where it is kept

Keys and sign-insIn the Keychain on your device. With iCloud Keychain turned on, Apple brings them to your other devices, end-to-end encrypted.
Downloaded reportsOn each device. Every device downloads its own copy from Apple.
Your settings, notes and eventsSettings, events you log, payouts, Apple's payments reports and spend you add by hand sync between your devices through your own iCloud account.
ExportsOnly where you save them yourself: Export data in Settings, a CSV, or a write-up saved as a file.

RevRun has no server, so none of this is ever sent to us. We can't see your numbers, your keys or your ad accounts.

Apple Intelligence

Questions you ask RevRun, review summaries, reply drafts and write-ups use Apple's on-device model. They run on your device and aren't sent to us or anyone else.

Notifications and widgets

The morning note, its notification and RevRun's widgets are made on your device from the reports already there. Nothing is sent anywhere to make them.

RevRun Pro purchases

RevRun Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the payment, and we never see your name, payment details or Apple Account. The app receives only Apple's signed record of which plan is active, so it can unlock Pro. Like every App Store developer, we get Apple's sales reports for RevRun, which count purchases by day, product and country without naming who bought.

No tracking, no analytics, no ads

RevRun contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code, doesn't follow you across apps or websites, and shows no ads. If you've chosen to share crash reports and analytics with app developers in your device's settings, Apple may pass us anonymous crash reports and usage numbers for RevRun. You can turn that off at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent or share any data, because we don't have any. RevRun talks only to the services you connected (Apple, Meta, Reddit and X), each under its own privacy policy.

Deleting your data

In RevRun. In Settings, Remove deletes your App Store Connect key from the Keychain, and Disconnect or Remove key pair under Ad accounts deletes an ad platform sign-in.

On your devices. Deleting RevRun deletes its downloaded reports and files from that device. The small amount of settings and notes RevRun keeps in iCloud stays in your iCloud account, so that reinstalling brings it back.

RevRun's access to your ad accounts. You can also remove it on each platform:

We hold no data about you, so there's nothing for us to delete on our side. If you'd like us to confirm that, write to us.

Children

RevRun is a tool for app developers and isn't meant for children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. If RevRun ever starts collecting data, the policy will say so before the app does.
